Sour Cherry Pudding
1/4 C. butter                  1 3/4  C. flour
1  1/4  C. sugar              2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg                                1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla                   2/3  C. milk
1 1/2 C. sour cherries (drain juice)

Cream butter & sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Sift
together dry ingredients and add to wet
ingredients. Fold in cherries. Placed mixture into
a greased  9"x9" pan. Bakeat 350 degrees for 45
minutes.
